Moussaka with cauliflower

  • cauliflower 1.5kg
  • minced meat 400g
  • egg 1
  • sour cream 2 pcs.
  • spices, salt, pepper, bread crumbs
  • grated cheese

Instructions for preparation:

Cook the cauliflower in salted water and leave it to drain. Meat stew with onion and add spices. When the meat is tender, mix sour cream with a little flour to obtain a thick mixture. Put a bit of oil in baking dish and arrange cauliflower that was previously mixed in with a little bread crumbs. Pour meat, than again cauliflower and on top pour the cream mixed with 1 egg. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
